Site Selection, Design and Construction
In most instances, we select the store location, complete the lease negotiations and are on the head lease. Ruckers will plan and execute every aspect of design, construction and pre-opening details for you. The result is that we provide you with a turnkey package - that is a professionally designed, fully constructed, and ready-to-open store.
Training
We provide all the in-depth training and the tools you'll need to operate your own Ruckers Fun Centre. This process includes a complete study of the Operations Manual and on-site training. Our comprehesive Operations Manual covers everything from POS (Point of Sale) operations to Marketing and Game Repair.
Store Opening
A Ruckers representative will ensure proper commissioning of the store and will provide on-site assistance to guide you through those first critical days of business.

Proprietary Point of Sale and Computerized Booking Systems
Ruckers has designed Point of Sale (POS) Systems for your computer that makes bookings, and transactions easy and hassle free. Database components of our software system give you the information you need to build relationships and market directly to your customers.

To help you market your store, we'll provide you with ad slicks, radio reels, TV commercials, charity sponsorships, and retail merchandise. You will be able to lean on our tested experience to make your business investment work for you.
