Therefore, as we interview prospective Franchisee candidates we consider carefully the following:
You must be prepared to devote your time, energy and enthusiasm towards operating your store.
You must not be involved in any other venture that may be a conflict of interest in operating a Ruckers.
Operating your own business is demanding both physically and mentally, therefore you must be in good health.
You must have a satisfactory financial rating and demonstrate the ability to finance the capital cost, ongoing operating costs for the store and working capital as required.
You must be of strong character, be self-motivated, maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate the ability to operate a business in the fashion and standards required by Ruckers Franchise Group.
You must be willing to follow a structured operating system.
AVERAGE FLOOR SPACE
2200 sq. feet to 3000 sq. feet.
ROYALTIES
Six percent of the net sales (net sales is defined as gross sales less coupons and discounts).
