How much are ongoing royalties?
Six percent of net sales, payable monthly.
What products and services does Ruckers sell?

Who selects the store location?
Site selection and lease negotiations are typically handled by Ruckers Franchise Group. There are instances where a Franchisee may conduct the selection and negotiation, subject to the approval of Ruckers Franchise Group.
Who designs and builds the store?
Ruckers provides the architectural drawings, supervises site development and manages the building process as part of the turnkey package. The Franchisee takes control of a fully completed store that is ready for business.
How do I obtain supplies, game equipment and prizes?
As a franchisee, you will conduct most of your own purchasing through Ruckers approved suppliers and you will benefit from volume-discount purchasing power.
Is prior business experience necessary?
It's very helpful but not necessary. Our franchisees are hands-on operators whose dedication and entrepreneurial savvy contribute to the success of each Ruckers Franchise.
What is the cost of opening a Ruckers?
Costs vary according to the size, location and design criteria. You can find out more details in the Investment Facts page.
What are the hours of operation?
Typically 10 AM to midnight 364 days a years, but some stores will vary depending on their location and market.
How do I finance the purchase of a store?
Ruckers can help you with an application for financing from a lending institution. Government supported small business/franchise loans may be available to qualified applicants. We suggest that you have access to a minimum of $60,000 to $100,000 of unencumbered cash (depending on the size of the store).
Is a franchisee required to be personally involved in day to
day operation of a store?
Yes. Ruckers knows that hands-on management by the Franchisee is key to the success of each store. Your personal involvement is essential in all aspects of the business. You should expect to work a full five days a week in addition to other management responsibilities.
Can a franchisee own more than one Ruckers store?
Yes, provided that the Franchisee has demonstrated to the approval of Ruckers Franchise Group that they are financially capable and can properly manage more than one location.
Can a Ruckers Franchisee sell their franchise?
Yes, subject to the approval of the sale and the incoming franchisee by Ruckers Franchise Group. A transfer fee may be applicable.
